Frequently asked questions

Who invites whom?

The client invites their accounting firm, or the firm invites its client. If the client runs several companies, they choose which ones the firm can see.

Does the firm need a subscription?

No, accountant access is free and does not count towards the client's users.

What are the e-invoicing deadlines?

Since 1 September 2026, every French business must be able to receive e-invoices. Small businesses will have to issue them from 1 September 2027, and Shefy already covers both.

Can I export more than the FEC?

Yes, clients, issued invoices and payments for a period can also be exported as CSV files that open directly in Excel.
